  • 2008: Garage based machine shop and custom electronics assembly
  • 2010: Garage based eBay store for DROs and replacement encoders
  • 2012: Office at Purdue Research Park
  • 2013: First full-time employee
  • 2015: Moved to 16,000 SF company owned facility in Lafayette, IN
  • 2018: First USA made encoder products
  • 2021: NSF SBIR Phase I award for long length encoder R&D
  • 2023: NSF SBIR Phase II award for advanced encoder technology
